Policy

At Classy Queens CuiZines, we take pride in providing high-quality, freshly prepared meals through our catering, pop-up restaurant, and take-out services. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all customers, please review our policies below.

Pre-Order & Catering Requirements

  • All orders must be placed in advance to ensure proper preparation and quality service.

  • Catering orders of 10 or more meals require at least 48 hours' notice. Large event catering may require additional time.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for catering orders, with full payment due at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Changes to orders must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, but may not always be guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to decline last-minute orders if we are at capacity.

No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for scheduled deliveries or takeout orders that were not picked up at the designated time.

Missed orders will not be remade or rescheduled without a new purchase.

Catering deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future order at our discretion if canceled within the required notice period.

If an event is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund or credit will be provided

Pick Up & Delivery

  • Customers must arrive on time for scheduled takeout pickups. Late pickups may result in food quality changes, for which we are not responsible.

  • Delivery is available within our standard radius. However, for large catering orders, we may make delivery exceptions beyond our usual service area.

  • Additional delivery fees may apply based on distance and order size.

  • A contact person must be available at the delivery location to receive and inspect the order upon arrival.

Pop Up Restaurant

  • Pop-up locations and hours are announced in advance. Orders are first-come, first-served unless pre-orders are available.

  • Pre-orders for pop-up events must be picked up at the scheduled time to ensure food quality.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or late pickups.

Safety & Liability

  • Once food has been picked up or delivered, Classy Queens CuiZines is not responsible for how it is stored, handled, or consumed.

  • We are not liable for food allergies or dietary restrictions unless clearly communicated at the time of order. Customers must review ingredients if they have dietary concerns.

  • All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, nuts, shellfish, and gluten.

Rights & Discretion

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly cancel, request refunds outside of policy, or fail to pick up orders.

    Prices are subject to change based on ingredient costs and availability.

    Special requests may be accommodated at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.
